ve place to learn. We are proud of our successful history which illustrates an enriching academic and extra-curricular experience for all our students.
Our curriculum is designed to excite and challenge all students' interests, empowering them to achieve excellence through academic and practical subjects. "Achieving Excellence" is underpinned by our key values of students being creative, engaged, determined, aspirational, respectful and successful. These outline our commitment to providing an inspiring education, which supports and develops all students' needs and interests. We are entering into an exciting phase which sees us expanding our use of new technologies, further developing our academic success which sees our students flourish in areas such as additional maths and triple science and achieve outstanding results in art, drama and music.

An important part of being a Cedars Upper School student is the understanding that learning is lifelong and takes many forms. We encourage all of our students, from Year 9-13, to take part in the wide range of extra-curricular activities on offer: Bronze, Silver and Gold Duke of Edinburgh awards, World Challenge expeditions, competing in a wide range of sports, national maths competitions, liaisons with world class universities and fashion, dance and theatrical performances. These opportunities are supported by our excellent facilities, including the full sized 3G pitch, an Apple Mac suite and recently refurbished science laboratories.
A real testament to the positive and supportive learning environment at Cedars Upper School is the number of our students who choose to stay with us and study for their A Levels. Our post-16 success is further highlighted through our Football Academy partnership with Luton Town, where aspiring footballers study for three A Levels, while playing in national competitions.
